Jessica enjoys creating a plan for the future based on her clients' unique goals and values. She provides thoughtful, forward-thinking advice and assistance on estate planning matters including wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements for medical and personal care. She advises executors with respect to probate and estate administration, and also assists those who have found themselves handling estates where the deceased left no will.
Jessica established her own law office in 2023 after seven years of legal practice in Victoria, most of which focussed on estate planning and estate administration. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University in 2015 and her Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Victoria in 2011. Jessica earned multiple scholarships, which covered her tuition to both universities, based on her academic merit and involvement in community activities. These included Dalhousie's top law entrance scholarship, UVic's renewable entrance scholarship, and awards for achievement in tort law, psychology, and visual arts.
When away from her desk, Jessica loves to do all kinds of creative pursuits including dance, painting, sewing, and baking cakes.
